This 34 inch tall sewing rocker design came about when I received my first order for a baby rocker in 1976. Without armrests, a person will be able to use this chair their entire life. At 6'5" tall and 190 pounds, I am quite comfortable in this chair. The full size rockers add an element of safety for infants, as it is difficult (but not impossible) to tip over backwards. The contemporary seat is high quality one inch wide nylon webbing, available in single or multiple colors and different weaving patterns.
